Tim has been in the transportation industry for over 25 years and has operational and leadership experience in International truckload, LTL and Intermodal. He has an affinity for the values and entrepreneurial spirit shares by JBT and enjoys the challenge of competing in the diverse and competitive transportation marketplace.

Tim currently leads the recruitment of company drivers and owner operators that help drive JBT's business forward. He enjoys the challenge of staffing JBT with people who are the right fit for the organization and have the experience needed for the demands of the business.
